During this course you will learn CPR and First Aid skills important in every day life as well as during diving. The Emergency First Response (EFR) course also meets the program prerequisites for the PADI Rescue Diver course or as preparation for becoming a PADI Divemaster.

What is EFR?
The course involves independent study at your own pace. You will watch the EFR videos and have fun with hands-on skill practice together with your Instructor. You will learn the same patient care techniques used by medical professionals, but at a lay person level.

What do I need to start?
There are no entry prerequisites or age limits.

What comes next?
You can do this course at any time, also as a non diver.
Divers often enroll in this course as a prerequisite for the Rescue Diver Course.

The cost of this course is RM 400 including book and internationally recognised certification.
